FINISHING OF CARVINGS:-

Finishing is a very important part of our process since our carvings will be rendered more attractive with appropriate treatment. At Asia Carvings machine work is done only for some larger and thicker carvings. Most of the delicate parts of the carvings are sanded manually by skilled craftsmen with abrasive papers. Sanding by hand is done in our factories under the able supervision of the skilled and experienced quality control inspectors who evaluate every variation in the originality of design and quality of the carvings.

We use international quality sandpaper and adhesives that do not alter the original texture of the wood. Three types of brush are used to enable the carvings to shine at their highest clarity and are an important factor in the finishing process.
